Until I read the article on how to deal with trials, it was in my nature to avoid them at all costs. I looked at a trial as drama and I wanted no parts of it. I assumed it was just a result of another poor decision I made. Now, I feel differently. I know trials are something I should not shy away from, and with the right perspective, and when addressed properly, they can help to better me, my shop, customers, and employees.
