ATI's Leader's Operations Checklist

ATI's Leader's Operational Checklist identifies many of the areas and functions that would routinely need your attention. We recommend you implement this or a similar system of inspection and oversight to ensure the viability of your business. 

It will help you: 

• Define your role and your employees' roles
• Document all the tasks required to keep your business running, and who does them
• Make sure you have not overlooked tasks which need descriptions and SOPs 

Using the Leader's Operations Checklist helped me define my role and the roles of my different staff members. I have learned that I don't have to do it all myself. I just need to really understand what needs to be done, who is best suited to do it and then make sure we all follow through. It's made a HUGE difference in how the shop runs.
